Primary Duty:
Market, sell, and manage convention business and events for Pedrotti’s Ranch. Effectively guide customers through event experiences, identifying solutions that meet their goals and objectives, resulting in a compelling event experience. Utilize all available tools to ensure maximum event and revenue capture from assigned customer base.
Revenue Generation:
- Solicit and secure convention business through a proactive, consultative sales approach.
- Prepare and present quotes and proposals in a timely manner to customers.
- Conduct market analysis and devise strategies for generating new business
- Create sales campaigns focused on communicating and nurturing relationships with guests and driving repeat sales
- Collaborate with vendors to produce memorable events.
- Attend site visits and appropriate venue meetings as necessary.
- Understand event cost structure and incorporates this into solution designs.
Relationship Management:

Job Qualifications:
- sales: 3 years (Required)
- Convention or Corporate Event Sales: 1 year (Required)
- Prior convention-related sales experience is required
- Knowledge of hospitality industry and sales processes required
- Technical aptitude and computer proficiency required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Compensation
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: $40,000.00 /year + Commission
- Work Location: Pedrotti’s Ranch + On the road
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
