How long in advance can an event be booked?

We found what works best is to book 6-18 months out.

How far in advance do you need our final headcount?

We like to get a final guaranteed headcount 7 days in advance of the event date. From that point, you may increase guest count, but not decrease.

How much is the deposit to reserve my event date?

Pedrotti’s Ranch requires a deposit of $3,500 to secure the date and facility for your event. This full deposit is applied to your final invoice.

Does Pedrotti’s Ranch allow outside catering?

No. Pedrotti’s Ranch is the sole provider of all food and beverages on property.

Options for catering are diverse and can be tailored to your event, with menu choices from Texas Style BBQ to Tex Mex, Italian, Steak, Chicken, Dessert options and more!

How many cars can you park and is parking free?

Yes, parking is free! Pedrotti’s has the capability to park 1,000 cars on the property.

Do you offer any vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options?

Yes, our culinary team can accommodate all dietary restrictions with advanced notice.

Facilities

Can we schedule a tour / visit, and do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, we encourage you to schedule a visit. We value our employees’ days off, so visits are not scheduled on Sundays or Mondays. However, as a principle, we will not turn away walk-ins Tuesdays – Fridays.
