History of Pedrotti's Ranch
Pedrotti’s is a family-owned and operated event center for all occasions. We started catering in 1971 and began with a kitchen and a catering truck, catering exclusively off-premise events. Through the years, we have been faced with many challenges and welcomed many successes. In the early ’90s, our catering company served as the exclusive caterer for the Alamodome. We also catered off-premise at many locations, such as Southwest School of Arts & Crafts, McNay Art Institute and The King Ranch.
In 1993, our family acquired The Pedrotti’s North Wind Ranch, and we’ve been on this grand property ever since. From bull riding, team building, and elegant dining, Pedrotti’s tailors every event to the wishes of each of our guests. Our unique venues incorporate all of the best elements of the good old days, with the ability to transform the place for a formal affair. With decor, food, hospitality, entertainment, and music, we produce the experience our guest’s desire; experiences that will leave our guests wanting come back again and again.
