Alterman needed a large enough space for their 1200 employees (including parking) where they could build team morale and have a worry-free good time. Past events at other venues have been difficult for Alterman because they were left managing multiple vendors and making sure everything lined up perfectly.

With a guest list of 1200 people, it can be difficult to make announcements and keep everyone aware of the schedule. Handling door prizes was a big concern for Alterman due to poor experiences in the past.

A big Improvement from our previous event (at a different venue) was the process in which the door prizes were handled.

Expectation & Planning

Jaime at Alterman inquired about six to eight months prior to the event. Pedrotti’s Ranch’s first priority is to ensure that we have a date available especially with a group of this size. Together we established the date to place on hold that would work out the best for all parties. Then we began the discussion and the planning of the 2021 Alterman Casino Night.

Our second priority was to make sure we understood what Alterman was aiming to gain from this event. What were the expectations and goals of holding this event for the team at Alterman?

Planning Process

Previous event discovery

We learned that Alterman had issues with getting guest attention in past. Also while some venues stated they could accomodate large groups it always seemed crowded.


Alterman's goal for this event was to bring their large team together and build relationships in a casual fun way.

Guest expectation

Alterman had a guest count of 1200 and needed help facilitating parking with shuttle service.

Entertainment Options

We established that Alterman enjoys a wide variety of interactive entertainment. From karaoke to casino games and prizes.

Food & Drinks

Pedrotti's build a menu with Alterman that would accomodate a wide range of diets including vegetarian and veagan options.
