Organizing our event presented unique challenges, but we overcame them with determination. Sticking to a budget-friendly price was crucial, and we managed to do so without sacrificing the quality of our event. Coordinating the day-of details like tablecloths, centerpieces, and signage was a big task, especially with limited manpower.

However, Pedrotti’s staff were exceptional, setting up everything according to our requests and graciously managing a few last-minute changes. Our team pulled together beautifully, ensuring every detail was handled with care and precision.

The venue is top notch. The food is high quality. But the Pedrotti's Ranch team were the main factors in helping us make it a successful event!

The Hispanic Contractors Association de San Antonio is a nonprofit organization that promotes and supports our community of San Antonio. Specifically targeting the contracting community, minority, women and veteran owned businesses. This organization helps support their members through trainings, education and networking they even offer scholarships to students who are attending school in pursuit of a construction related degree. The Hispanic Contractors Association is committed to developing education and training programs to help better assist the community and so that the members can reach their highest potential.
